Summer Series is a seasonal public program that has activated Dallas Contemporary through a slate of performances, workshops, talks, and social gatherings. Established in 2022 with a second iteration relaunched in 2025.
I led the development and execution of Summer Series, shaping its curatorial framework, ticketing and membership strategy, and institutional positioning. I oversaw identity design and produced all design materials and communications across social media, press, web, and newsletters, while coordinating with internal departments and external partners to deliver a cohesive, audience-driven program. Structured as a revenue-generating initiative, the series supports Dallas Contemporary’s mission as a nonprofit kunsthalle, helping sustain free admission, free parking, and free public programs.
Summer Series generated record-breaking revenue through public programming and membership sales, drawing over 1,000 attendees with attendance rates exceeding 94%. The program was recognized by Dallas Observer as “Best Museum for Non-Art Purposes” in 2022.
